Do you miss the old Alternative Food Co-op?  I've got some GREAT news for you!  The South Coast Organics & Bulk Foods store has opened in Narragansett on Boon Street between Crazy Burger and Paul's Boon Street Barber shop (also another local gem!).  Check out the store in person or online.  They also have local delivery.  I've already been there 3 times and love this awesome local resource for good, clean, wholesome, organic bulk foods.

Have you heard about the Center for Conscious Empowerment?  It will be located right here in South County!  This project is the brain child of Ross Newkirk and will include a vegan restaurant, dozens of healing modalities, a lecture center, a Green Health Club/ Gym with workout equipment that actually generates electricity instead of uses it up, overnight accommodations, and more in a 54K+ square foot facility.  Check out the video and the Facebook page to learn more.Looking forward to sharing what I learned about the Network Spinal Analysis Chiropractic technique when I get back from Long Island.  I got great results from this technique when it was used on me.  I'm hoping it will help you hold your adjustments longer by addressing the stress component, the true cause of the subluxation.
