Want to shorten your wait in the office? Use the online waitlist found on the front page of our website. When our website loads on your home computer or mobile phone, wait about 10 seconds and the "Get On Waitlist" button will pop up in the header of the home page. Sign in just like you would in the office at the front desk. You will receive a text or email with a list of people ahead of you on the waitlist. Don't count the number of 'parties' ahead of you, count the number of actual people (2 parties of 4 is 8 people) and multiply by 6 minutes. This will give you an estimate of how long it will be before you are called into an adjusting room. If there are 8 people ahead of you, it will be about 48 minutes before you are called. You can get other things done and come back to the office in ~45 minutes instead of sitting in the waiting room.
Here are the only rules to signing in online:
1. The waitlist opens when our office opens.
2. The waitlist closes 30 minutes before the office closes.
3. If you sign in just before the waitlist closes, you still have to be physically in the office before we close to be seen even if the wait is more than 30 minutes. The early bird gets the worm. Don't be the worm that tries to sneak in under the wire... :)
4. There are appointments available on the hour and half hour. These appointments get priority over the waitlisted patients and get a room at their appointed time. 5. If you sign into the waitlist and your name sits at the top of the list for more than 30 minutes, your name will be removed and you will have to start over again and sign in at the office when you arrive. Your name will appear at the bottom of the list again.
