Dr. Jay has been helping people heal better and live stronger since 1992. A graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic with a B.S. in Biological Sciences from SUNY Stony Brook, Dr. Jay is committed to helping families in New Hampshire live healthier, drug-free lives.
Dr. Jay is also a published author of 18 books, including 4 chiropractic textbooks written to help mentor doctors in the field, as well as books on the Christian faith. He attended Trinity College of the Bible, and his faith is part of who he is, in the office and out of it. His approach to care is simple: he moves the bone, and God does the healing, a statement he believes is both scientifically and spiritually true. Faith is welcome and openly part of life at Bright Light, but never something we push on anyone who walks through our door.

Dr. Jay was personally trained in the Webster Technique by its founder, Dr. Larry Webster. He has been caring for pregnant mothers, infants, and children since he graduated in 1992, including checking his own two children for subluxations since the day they were born.
Why is it so affordable?
We don't bill any insurance companies. Running an insurance department used to cost thousands of dollars a month. We closed it, and we pass that savings directly along to you. No insurance company stands between you and your care, and no claim ever determines what treatment you receive.
What About Kids?
When we see a child in our office, we check the spine and adjust if needed to prevent a problem before it starts. When we see an adult, we're usually correcting a problem that's already there and working to maintain the fix. We'd rather check and prevent than wait until we have to correct and maintain.
That's why up to two kids under 18 are free when seen on the same visit as a parent. Up to three additional children cost just $45 for the added time.
Our office itself was built with kids in mind. We're home to a huge, well-loved Thomas the Train set and plenty of other non-electronic toys, so children have a place to feel comfortable and at ease from the moment they walk in, not just during their adjustment.
Dr. Jay is also Webster Technique certified, trained personally by Dr. Larry Webster himself. He's cared for pregnant mothers, infants, and children since 1992, and has checked his own two children for subluxations since they were minutes old. Instrument Adjusting
For patients who want state-of-the-art technology, or who are hesitant about a traditional adjustment, we offer the PulStar, Arthrostim, Activator, and Integrator instruments. These allow a precise, computerized adjustment with no popping sound.
Thompson Drop Tables
Every table in our office is equipped with an elevating drop piece, allowing for specialized Upper Cervical adjusting, specifically Toggle Recoil Upper Cervical technique.
Thermal Scan and Posture Analysis
Our infrared thermal scanner helps locate the true cause of your problem so we can correct it quickly and accurately, rather than guessing.

Do you accept insurance?
No. We're a private-pay practice, which is exactly how we're able to keep our fees so low and keep insurance companies out of your care decisions.
Are kids really free?
Yes. Up to two kids under 18 are seen at no charge on the same visit as a parent. 3 Additional children are just $45.
What kind of adjusting do you offer?
